What is an intensive course?
Intensive courses mean you will learn to drive
over a short period of time. These are perfect for people who need
to pass the driving test quickly or have limited time to spend.
1st choice drivng school offer a number of courses
and the right course for you will depend on your driving experience
and ability to learn. Intensive courses are usually spread over
a few weeks with the driving test at the end of the course.
The availability of theory and practical driving
tests depend on the DSA waiting list, which can vary from 2 to 12
weeks. Because you may have to wait a few weeks for your test appointment
you may wish to choose one of the following options:
Option 1
You can spread the course over the period leading up to your test.
(This option is good for people with a bit more time to spend and would benefit from learning on a semi-intensive basis)
Option 2
You take half the lessons now and then take the rest of the course just before your test.
(This option is great for people who can get private practice with a friend or relative in between)
Option 3
You take all the lessons in the week or two weeks before your test.
(This option is ideal for people who wish to take time off from work or have limited time available)
